You trust the house with names, dates and guest lists. This page says plainly what we keep, why we keep it, and who touches it.
What we collect
What you give us when you enquire or commission: your names in both scripts, phone, email, the occasion and its date, the venue, your story and music notes, and payment references for transfers you send. If your piece includes a guest list, the households and replies you enter. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation.
What it is for
To make and deliver your pieces — the site that carries your names, the messages that tell you it is live — and to answer you when you write. We do not advertise with your data, sell it, or write to people who never wrote to us.
Who processes it
The house runs on a small set of services that hold data on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (email), and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (messages). Each sees only what its job requires.
How long we keep it
Commission records stay while your pieces are live and for our books after. Celebration sites go quiet after their window ends. Write to us and we will remove what the law does not require us to keep.
